Liner Hanger
BOTIL has versatile range of Liner Hanger Systems which includes Hydraulic set Conventional Liner Hangers, Hydraulic set Rotating Liner Hangers, Mechanical set Conventional & Rotating Liner Hangers for Cemented and Non- Cemented Liner applications. The Hangers are provided with integral Liner Top Packer rated to V0 as per API 11D1 and pressure differential rated to 5000-15000 psi. Experienced in handling & machining all exotic steel grades such as Super 13 Cr and Nickel alloys. The hydraulic release running tool has capacity to transmit 50000 ft-lbs torque rating to ream down through typical hole condition and heavily deviated wells. The Liner Hangers are available from size 4-1/2” to 16”.
Packer Systems
BOTIL Packers are manufactured to highest quality level as per oil industry standards. We have a wide range of Packers: Hydraulic Set Retrievable, Permanent Sealbore, Retrievable Sealbore, Wireline Set Permanent Sealbore Packers. Also, various types of Mechanical Packers in single and double grip versions. The Packers are qualified from V3 to V0 as per API 11D1. The Packers are suitable for
5000-10000 psi differential pressure ratings. Experienced in handling & machining exotic steel grades such as Super 13 Cr and Nickel alloys. The Packers are available from casing size 3-1/2” to 13-3/8”.
Bridge Plug and Cement Retainer
BOTIL Bridge Plugs & Cement Retainers are manufactured to highest quality level as per oil industry standards. These are available in Wireline set, Mechanical set & Hydro-Mechanical set permanent versions. The Bridge Plugs are qualified from V3 to V0 as per API 11D1 and rated from 3000-10000 psi differential pressure ratings. The Bridge Plugs are available from casing size 2-7/8” to 13-3/8”. Permanent Bridge Plugs & Cement Retainers are convertible to each other with the help of conversion kit.
Gas Lift System
BOTIL size 1.500" and 1.000" IPO type Gas Lift Valves, Orifice Valves, Dummy Valves are available in SS 316, SS304, Monel grades with Top Latch Assembly.
We also provide Side-Pocket Mandrels and above Valves (FCDs) in integral bottom Collet Type Latching profile as per user needs.
These Valves (FCDs) are manufactured as per API Specifications and can be compatible with other manufacturer’s Side-Pocket Mandrels.

Flow Control System
BOTIL manufactures Baker and Otis type Landing Nipples and Lock Mandrels. The Lock Mandrels & Landing Nipples are validated to V0 validation grade as per API 14L. Available in tubing sizes from 2-3/8” to 7”. The Lock Mandrels are suitable for 5000-10000 psi differential pressure ratings.

Casing Clean-Up Tools
BOTIL manufactures Milling Tools for Permanent Seabore Packers and Bridge Plugs in both versions i.e mill and retrieve and mill and push to bottom. In addition to Milling Tools, BOTIL offers Casing Scrappers and Junk Baskets. Milling Tools are available for Packers in casing sizes from 4- 1/2” to 9-5/8” and Casing Scrappers from 4-1/2” to 13-3/8” casing sizes.
Primary Cementing
BOTIL has a variety of PDC drillable Float Equipment which includes conventional & self-locking type, stab-in, differential fill-up and Reamer Float Shoes and Collars. The Float Equipment is with Spring Loaded Plunger Sure Seal Valve. The valves are qualified to highest qualification as per API 10F. BOTIL also offers Hydraulic and Mechanical opening stage tools for stage Cementing applications. Float Equipment are rated to 5000-10000 psi pressure ratings. These are available in casing sizes from 3-1/2” to 40”.
